Shipping & Returns Policy

What are shipping methods available? We use standard Australian Post service for most deliveries, however, we may use a courier company. Express Service is available upon request, but will incur an additional charge for Express Shipping.

How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, simply enter this number into the Australia Post tracking website. This link is also in the email.

How long will it take to get my package? We dispatch all the orders within 2-3 days. We use Australia Post e-parcel which takes approximately two to four days to deliver to Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane, a little longer to South Australia and up to seven working days to Western Australia.

Do I need an account to place order? You don’t need an account to place order, you can sign as guest and process the order.

International Shipping If you have chosen to ship your order outside Australia, please note that the prices do not include customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs. It is your responsibility to pay these fees at the time of delivery or to contact your country’s appropriate authority to discuss or dispute such fees. Please allow your order time to pass through customs procedures; an order will not be considered “lost” until 60 days from the date your order shipped. We are unable to process, credit or reship merchandise until the 60 day period has passed. Please note upon making a purchase you agree to any and all terms listed.
