Fusion Mood Support contains reishi, a mushroom  traditionally used in Chinese medicine to calm both the mind and spirit. In addition, reishi mushroom is traditionally used to relieve fatigue (including mental fatigue) and general feelings of weakness in TCM.

Reishi is also used in TCM as a qi tonic. According to TCM, qi is life force or vital energy. Everything in the world is described in terms of qi, including the physical body and the feelings a person has.  

Vitamin B5 – Supports energy levels and a healthy stress response in the body 

Vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid, is a B -group vitamin and essential nutrient. Vitamin B5 supports energy levels as well as a healthy stress response in the body. In addition, B5 can help relieve feelings of fatigue and support mental function.  

Vitamin B6 – supports nervous system health and cognitive function  

Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine is another B-group vitamin and is an essential nutrient for the nervous system. It helps with the body’s production of chemical messengers called neurotransmitters. Vitamin B6 contributes to neurotransmitter production of serotonin (from tryptophan), norepinephrine and dopamine, often referred to as ‘feel good hormones’, this helps support healthy mood balance.
