A fiery blend of chilli curry and cumin with coriander and turmeric. A tasty explosion of flavour inspired by the very popular spicy noodles dish from Singaporean cuisine. Made without nuts (though there is the possibility of cross contamination) this satay sauce will quickly become a family favourite. If you prefer a little bit of crunch you can add a little bit of peanut butter.

- Reduce 1/2 can of coconut cream in a wok until it starts to become oily.
- Add 1 large finely diced onion and continually stir until cooked.
- Mix 1/2 jar of Geo Organics satay curry paste and fry until aromatic.
- Add the rest of the coconut cream and 1 can of coconut milk
- Add 500g of tofu
- Add light soy sauce to taste
- Reduce to a thicker consistency
- if desired add 1tbsp of peanut butter for a nutty flavour.
- Serve with rice and top with fresh corriander (optional
